Curb Appeal Checklist

Ten quick and easy low cost strategies to make your home more appealing from the exterior to potential buyers.

1. Mow the lawn and trim the bushes - especially the ones that block your windows and diminish sunlight.
2. Clean roof from any moss.
3. Power-wash any mold from the exterior siding of your home.
4. Touch up any peeling paint.
5. Clean your gutters.
6. Purchase a new mailbox.
7. Add a bright pot of flowers (or even a small evergreen in winter) to your entryway.
8. Edge the grass around walks and trees plus add fresh mulch to your planting beds
