I own and operate LEBANON GREEN REAL ESTATE from my home at 177 West Town Street, in Lebanon, CT. I am a lifelong resident of Lebanon, and after completing my Business degree at UCONN, I became a licensed Realtor in 1998. I have been engaged in the Real Estate business since, and my goal as a Broker is to utilize my extensive knowledge of the Eastern Connecticut real estate market to create extremely satisfied customers at the closing table by assisting each of my clients with the utmost efficiency and integrity. Whether buying or selling, I will work DIRECTLY with you through the entire process to ensure your real estate transaction is smooth and successful.

Wes has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2002, and currently specializes in land sales. Wes is also a lifelong resident of Lebanon, who was raised in a family business of Real Estate, Land Development, Excavation and Septic Contractor. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, as well as Soil Science Classes from the School of Agriculture, both at UCONN.

Wes's expertise and full understanding of zoning, wetlands, & health codes as it relates to land use is a huge benefit in identifying the highest and best use of land. Wes can also assist you with land divisions for conservation or agricultural purposes, timber land and Public Act 490, as well as boundary line adjustments, free splits and subdivisions.

Lauren is our newly licensed real estate agent, here at Lebanon Green Real Estate. Lauren has lived in Lebanon her whole life and recently graduated from UCONN in 2023. She brings 6 years of extensive customer service skills, consistently exceeding expectations and ensuring client satisfaction. Whether it is resolving complex issues or providing personalized attention, she knows the importance of understanding and prioritizing the needs of others.

With years of experience as an event coordinator, Lauren realizes how important client relationships are and is excited to bring this aspect into the real estate world. Her main goal is to help clients buy/sell to their highest satisfaction. She’s dedicated to providing a personalized experience for each client, guiding them through every step of the real estate process with transparency, integrity and professionalism.
