Wes has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2002, and currently specializes in land sales. Wes is also a lifelong resident of Lebanon, who was raised in a family business of Real Estate, Land Development, Excavation and Septic Contractor. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, as well as Soil Science Classes from the School of Agriculture, both at UCONN.

Wes's expertise and full understanding of zoning, wetlands, & health codes as it relates to land use is a huge benefit in identifying the highest and best use of land. Wes can also assist you with land divisions for conservation or agricultural purposes, timber land and Public Act 490, as well as boundary line adjustments, free splits and subdivisions.
